In the course of the General Assembly of VdFS on October 13, 2022, in addition to the resolution on the annual financial statements and transparency report 2021, among other things, new elections to the Board of Directors were held.

Due to the resignation of Fabian Eder as chairman and member of the board, the mandate camera had to be newly elected.

Fabian Eder was Chairman of the Board of VdFS from June 2013 to October 2022 and also Chairman of the Dachverband der Filmschaffenden.

On behalf of the beneficiaries, the committees and the team of VdFS, we would like to thank him for his many years of commitment and his tireless efforts on behalf of the interests of Austrian filmmakers!

Astrid Heubrandtner was unanimously elected at the General Assembly to succeed Fabian Eder (Mandate Camera) on the Board for the next three years.
