SKE-Application Online!

Introducing: SKE applications online!

VdFS dedicates a not inconsiderable part of its income to social and cultural purposes - due to legal requirements and voluntary deductions. In the area of social support, members of VdFS can apply for cost of living allowances, retirement allowances for co-operative members, support for legal and tax advice and grants for training and further education. In the cultural sector, festivals, events and special cultural projects can be supported. In addition, contributions are made to the financing of professional associations of filmmakers and other film-related organisations, and VdFS also offers services for non-members as part of its promotion of young talent.

Filmmakers, cultural institutions and event organisers seeking support for their creative projects, events or social causes now have the option of submitting the entire application digitally via the VdFS website (www.myvdfs.at)! From now on, applications for SKE (Social and Cultural Institutions) funding from VdFS can be submitted conveniently online via computer or mobile phone.

This should simplify and speed up the submission process so that applicants can submit their projects promptly and efficiently. Further information on the funding guidelines and the online form can be found in the SKE section of the website.

Use the online submission to submit your applications to us even more quickly and easily! (Submission via the usual channels is still possible).

SUBMIT APPLICATION

How to: Submit an online application

Firstly, define whether you are applying for funding for yourself or as an institution.

Then specify exactly what type of funding you are applying for. In the area of social funding, registration in MyVdFS is necessary except for the promotion of young talent. After entering your personal details and, if applicable, the project name, all necessary documents (budgets, supporting documents, invoices, etc.) can be uploaded within the application module.

All applications are presented to the committee members for a decision at the regular VdFS meetings. The exact SKE guidelines can be found here.
The SKE committee meetings take place four times a year, after which you will be informed immediately of the decision on your application. Please note the respective submission deadline!
